No transaction, refund case, payment credential or customer financial data is rendered on this public page.
Uninitiated service, confirmed duplicate/incorrect charge, eligible cancellation or unresolved debited failure.
Completed work, submitted authority/institution fees and irrecoverable provider costs may lawfully be excluded.
1. Introduction
This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how One Click Service (OCS) reviews cancellation, failed-payment, duplicate-charge and refund requests. It forms part of the applicable service terms and does not make OCS a bank, mobile financial service, payment service provider or regulated financial institution.
2. Scope of this Refund Policy
The Policy applies to eligible OCS fees and payment-facilitation records. Provider, authority, institution, airline, hotel or other third-party amounts may also be governed by their own disclosed terms and applicable law.
3. Eligible Refunds
Subject to applicable law and the specific service terms, a payment may qualify where:
- the payment was charged but the OCS service could not be initiated;
- a confirmed duplicate payment occurred;
- OCS or its system charged an incorrect amount;
- OCS or an applicable provider cancelled an eligible service;
- a failed transaction actually debited funds and was not automatically reversed; or
- a refund is otherwise required by applicable law.
4. Non-Refundable Payments
Where legally permitted, completed or substantially performed services, government or consular fees already submitted, authority visa fees, institutional application or examination fees, completed document processing, irreversibly incurred third-party charges, disclosed provider penalties, and promotional credit may be non-refundable. Mandatory legal remedies always prevail.
5. Service Cancellation
Cancellation does not automatically create a refund. Eligibility is determined server-side from the service stage, work already performed, non-recoverable costs, provider terms and applicable law.
6. Failed Transactions
FAILED with no debit requires no refund. If funds were debited, OCS verifies the provider status and any automatic reversal. An unresolved debit may enter dispute/refund review. OCS will not issue a second recovery after a bank or gateway has already reversed the same amount.
7. Duplicate Payments
OCS compares authoritative server-side transaction identifiers, user, service, amount, currency and timing. When a duplicate is confirmed, only the eligible duplicate amount is refunded and the valid original transaction remains intact.
8. Incorrect Charges
A charge caused by a confirmed OCS/system amount error may be corrected or refunded after reconciliation. User-entered amounts are not treated as authoritative.
9. OCS Wallet Payments
Where wallet payments or credits are enabled, refund treatment follows the authoritative wallet ledger and original funding source. Ledger credits are not cash unless the applicable product terms and law provide otherwise.
10. Card / Bank / MFS Payments
Enabled card, bank or MFS refunds normally return through the original method. Settlement timing and status depend on the approved provider and intermediaries; disabled providers are not presented as live.
11. Service Provider / Partner Payments
Amounts already transferred or committed to an approved partner may be subject to that provider's cancellation rules. OCS reviews recoverability and disclosed terms before deciding the OCS-controlled portion.
12. Government / Embassy / Visa Fees
Fees already submitted to a government, embassy, consulate or authority are generally outside OCS control and may be non-refundable where lawful, even if an application is refused or an appointment changes.
13. University / Institution Fees
Application, admission, examination, assessment or other institutional fees follow the institution's rules after submission. OCS does not guarantee their recovery.
14. Airline / Hotel / Travel Payments
Fares, rooms and travel products remain subject to the airline, hotel, supplier or booking provider's cancellation window, penalty and no-show rules. Only amounts recoverable under those rules and law may be refundable.
15. Recruitment / Job-related Services
Payment does not guarantee employment, employer selection, work permit, visa or government approval. Independent rejection does not automatically refund properly performed OCS work or incurred fees.
16. Student Consultancy Services
Payment does not guarantee admission, scholarship, visa or institutional approval. Completed counselling, application preparation and institution fees may remain chargeable.
17. Visa / Immigration Services
Payment does not guarantee visa, immigration approval, work permit, embassy appointment or government decision. A refusal does not by itself create a refund right for services performed or authority fees incurred.
18. Legal / Medical / Training Services
Professional and training services are reviewed by delivery stage, appointment terms, work performed and provider costs. OCS does not guarantee a legal, medical, examination or certification outcome.
19. Third-Party Fees
Irreversibly incurred third-party fees may be deducted or excluded where disclosed and lawful. OCS will not describe a third party as refundable without verified terms or confirmation.
20. Promotional Credits / OCS Points
Promotional credits and OCS Points may expire, be reversed or be non-cash/non-refundable under their rules where legally permitted. Purchased value is treated separately from promotional value.
21. Refund Request Procedure
An authenticated user submits the owned Transaction/Application ID, reason, explanation and optional supporting-document references. OCS reads service, payment date, amount and currency from authoritative records and issues a unique refund reference. Never submit a full card number, PIN, CVV, OTP, password or security code.
22. Required Evidence
OCS may request receipts, provider notices, statements with unrelated details redacted, service correspondence or an owned private document already uploaded through the protected document system.
23. Refund Review
Review reconciles payment/provider status, automatic reversal, service stage, non-recoverable costs, duplicate recovery, KYC/risk and applicable terms. A request is not an approval.
24. Approval / Rejection
Authorized finance personnel may approve the server-calculated full or partial eligible amount, or reject with a recorded reason. Support agents do not receive unrestricted refund authority.
25. Refund Processing Time
After OCS approves and initiates an eligible refund, the time required for funds to appear may vary by bank, card network, MFS, gateway, currency, country and intermediary. A fixed settlement time is not promised unless a verified service-specific SLA is separately stated.
26. Refund Destination
Refunds normally return to the original payment method. A user cannot redirect an owned transaction's refund merely by supplying another bank or mobile account. Any supported exception requires strong authorization, risk review and audit evidence.
27. Partial Refund
A partial refund may apply where part of a service was performed or non-recoverable costs were incurred. The refundable amount is calculated and capped server-side against the original payment and prior recoveries.
28. Currency / Exchange Rate
International refunds normally follow the original currency and method. Purchase-date and refund-date exchange rates may differ; OCS does not promise exchange-loss reimbursement unless required by law or caused by a confirmed OCS error.
29. Bank / Gateway Charges
Lawful, disclosed bank, network, gateway or intermediary charges may not be recoverable. Any OCS-caused incorrect charge is reviewed separately.
30. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Users retain lawful dispute rights. OCS may investigate fraudulent chargebacks, false claims and duplicate recovery, and may reconcile provider records to prevent both an OCS refund and a second recovery for the same amount.
31. Fraudulent Refund Requests
Forged records, another user's transaction, amount manipulation, replay, account takeover or deliberately false claims may be denied, investigated, access-restricted and referred where lawfully required.
32. Account/KYC Requirements
Financial or high-risk refunds may require an active account and the configured identity-verification level. Review, blocked, rejected or insufficient KYC states are enforced server-side and may pause the case without exposing identity data.
33. Service Provider Cancellation
If OCS or an applicable provider cancels an eligible service, OCS reviews recoverable OCS and provider-controlled amounts. Provider confirmation may be required before the final amount is approved.
34. Force Majeure
Events outside reasonable control may delay, change or prevent a service. Refund treatment depends on work completed, recoverable supplier funds, specific terms and mandatory law; force majeure does not erase mandatory rights.
35. Complaints and Escalation
Use OCS Support or Contact with the Refund Reference, current status, submission date and last update. Where applicable, users retain statutory or regulatory complaint rights, including the relevant payment provider's complaint route.
36. Policy Changes
OCS may update this Policy as services, providers, law or security controls change. The version and last-updated date are displayed; a later policy does not silently rewrite historical transaction terms.
37. Contact
Use the OCS Contact or Support page for a refund request or escalation and review the Privacy Policy for financial/KYC information handling. Do not send passwords, OTPs, security codes, full card numbers, PINs or CVVs.
Mandatory consumer rights preserved
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any mandatory consumer right or remedy available under applicable law.
