By accessing, registering with, or continuing to use One Click Service, you agree to these Terms and the applicable policies referenced in them.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering with, or using One Click Service (“OCS”, “Platform”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), users, service partners, recruiters, employers and other participants agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions and applicable laws and regulations.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Platform.
About One Click Service
One Click Service is a digital service platform designed to facilitate access to various services and opportunities, which may include:
- Overseas employment and recruitment services
- Visa and immigration-related assistance
- Travel and tourism services
- Air ticket and hotel-related services
- Medical and healthcare facilitation
- Insurance-related services
- Banking and financial service facilitation
- Government and expatriate-related information/services
- Recruitment and employer services
- KYC and document-management services
- Payment facilitation
- Partner and third-party services
- Other services introduced by OCS from time to time
User Eligibility
Users must have the legal capacity required under applicable law to use the relevant service.
Certain services may require additional eligibility requirements, identity verification, KYC, age verification, licences, permits or regulatory approval.
Account Registration
Users must provide accurate, complete and current information when creating or maintaining an account.
Users are responsible for:
OCS may suspend or restrict an account where fraud, impersonation, misuse or a security risk is reasonably suspected.
- Maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials
- Activities conducted through their accounts
- Updating inaccurate or outdated information
- Immediately reporting suspected unauthorized access
KYC and Identity Verification
OCS may require users or partners to provide identity and verification documents, including where appropriate:
Submission of false, forged, altered, stolen or misleading documents is prohibited.

- Photograph
- Contact information
- Address information
- Employment or educational documents
- Business or regulatory documents
- Other information reasonably necessary for verification or delivery of a requested service
Lawful Use
The Platform may only be used for lawful purposes.
Users must not use OCS for fraud, deception, identity theft, unauthorized recruitment, money laundering, trafficking, exploitation, cybercrime or any activity prohibited by applicable law.
Users must not attempt to interfere with, damage, bypass or gain unauthorized access to the Platform, its security controls, accounts, databases, APIs or infrastructure.
Third-Party Services
OCS may connect users with independent third parties, including recruiters, employers, financial institutions, payment providers, insurers, airlines, hotels, healthcare providers and other service providers.
Third-party services may be governed by their own terms.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, OCS does not control the independent decisions or performance of third-party providers.

Recruitment and Overseas Employment
Job advertisements, recruitment, interviews, employment offers, visa processing and overseas employment may involve employers, recruiters, government authorities or other third parties.
An application through OCS does not itself guarantee:
Relevant employment and immigration decisions remain subject to the responsible employer, recruiter and competent authorities.

Visa and Immigration Services
OCS may facilitate information, document processing or access to visa-related services.
Final visa, immigration, entry, residence and work permit decisions are made exclusively by the relevant government, embassy, consulate, immigration authority or other competent authority.
OCS cannot guarantee approval.
Travel, Hotel and Airline Services
Travel-related bookings may be supplied directly by third-party airlines, hotels, travel agencies or booking providers.
Schedules, fares, availability, cancellations, refunds and other conditions may therefore be subject to the relevant provider's rules.
Medical Services
Any healthcare-related functionality offered through OCS is intended to facilitate access to relevant providers unless expressly stated otherwise.
Diagnosis, treatment and other clinical decisions remain the responsibility of appropriately qualified healthcare professionals and providers.
Insurance Services
Insurance products or services available through OCS may be provided by licensed insurers or authorized intermediaries.
Coverage, exclusions, premiums, claims and eligibility are governed by the applicable insurance policy and provider terms.
Payments
OCS may support payments through banks, mobile financial services, payment gateways or other authorized payment providers.
Applicable charges, transaction limits, processing times and provider rules may vary.
Users must not initiate fraudulent, unauthorized or unlawful transactions.
Fees
Certain OCS services may be free while others may require payment.
Where a fee applies, the applicable amount and relevant conditions should be disclosed before the transaction or order is completed.
Third-party charges may be governed separately by the relevant provider.
Refund and Cancellation
Refund and cancellation eligibility depends on the service purchased, its processing status and any applicable third-party provider terms.
Where a third-party provider controls the underlying transaction, its cancellation and refund rules may apply.
Any separate OCS Refund/Cancellation Policy published for a service forms part of these Terms.
User Documents and Information
Users remain responsible for the accuracy, authenticity and legality of documents and information they submit.
OCS may use submitted information as reasonably necessary to provide requested services, conduct verification, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations and operate the Platform, subject to the applicable Privacy Policy and law.
Privacy and Data Protection
OCS will process personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection requirements.
Where necessary to deliver a requested service, information may be shared with relevant service providers, recruiters, employers, payment providers, verification providers or competent authorities, subject to applicable legal requirements.
Communications
Users may receive transactional or service-related communications concerning their accounts, applications, security, payments or requested services.
Where marketing communications require consent, users will be provided with applicable consent or opt-out mechanisms.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, OCS branding, logos, software, interface designs, original content and other proprietary Platform materials are owned by or licensed to One Click Service.
Unauthorized copying, reproduction, distribution, modification or commercial exploitation is prohibited.
Prohibited Conduct
Users must not:
- Create fraudulent or misleading accounts
- Impersonate another person or organization
- Submit forged documents
- Publish fraudulent jobs or services
- Attempt unauthorized transactions
- Introduce malware or malicious code
- Scrape or systematically extract Platform data without authorization
- Circumvent security controls
- Abuse other users, partners or OCS personnel
- Use the Platform in violation of applicable law
Suspension and Termination
OCS may restrict, suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of:
- Where appropriate and legally permissible, users may be provided an opportunity to address the relevant issue.
- Violation of these Terms
- Suspected fraud or unlawful activity
- Security threats
- Regulatory or legal requirements
- Misuse of Platform services
Service Availability
OCS may update, maintain, modify, suspend or discontinue Platform functionality where reasonably necessary.
Continuous or uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed because services may be affected by maintenance, network failures, third-party providers, cybersecurity incidents or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
Preview and Demonstration Features
Any feature specifically identified as Preview, Demo, Test, Beta or similar is not necessarily a live production service.
Forms, tracking functions, portals or integrations displayed as demonstrations must not be interpreted as confirmation that the relevant external provider or production system is connected.
Disclaimer
OCS provides a technology and service-facilitation platform.
Except where OCS expressly undertakes responsibility for a specific service, OCS does not guarantee the decisions or outcomes of independent employers, recruiters, banks, insurers, airlines, hotels, healthcare providers, government authorities or other third parties.
Nothing in these Terms excludes any right or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, OCS will not be responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising solely from circumstances outside its reasonable control or from independent third-party actions.
This provision does not limit liability where limitation or exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.
Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, a user may be responsible for losses or claims arising from that user's unlawful use of the Platform, fraudulent information, infringement of third-party rights or material violation of these Terms.
Compliance
OCS and Platform users must comply with applicable laws, regulations and regulatory requirements relevant to the particular service, including requirements relating to consumer protection, employment/recruitment, payments, privacy, cybersecurity and other regulated activities.
Changes to Terms
OCS may update these Terms where necessary because of changes to services, laws, regulations, security requirements or business operations.
Material changes should be communicated through the Platform or other appropriate channels, and the effective date should be updated.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
Unless mandatory law requires otherwise, these Terms are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh.
Any dispute should first be submitted through OCS's designated complaint or support process for attempted resolution.
Unresolved disputes will be handled by the competent courts or other legally authorized dispute-resolution mechanism, as applicable.

Questions, complaints or notices relating to these Terms may be submitted through the official contact or support channels published by One Click Service.
By registering, selecting “I Agree”, or continuing to use One Click Service, the user acknowledges that they have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
